Systemic constellation work helps to portray the relationships and the dynamics of a situation and to develop a sense of the system as a whole. Clients become outside observers of their own situation including themselves in it.
This unique observer perspective makes new insights possible, it helps to see new connections, and it allows exploring and experiencing possible solutions.
We often use figures to symbolise aspects of a situation or represent significant people in it. When suitable to a particular task we also work with people to act as representatives in a situation.

In our practice we use constellation work as part of a therapeutic process or a consultation. We combine systemic constellations with others methods. Systemic constellation work is one of many approaches to gain new insights and help to find alternative ways to act.
We look forward to talking with you about systemic constellation work.
